交通数据质量控制的可靠度理论分析

摘 要: 高质量的交通数据是进行道路规划与设计、交通信号优化、交通信息发布等的基础。文章以可靠度理论为指导,研究了交通数据控制的核心问题。首先阐述了可靠度理论的算法体系,然后分析了交通数据采集、处理系统的框架,并依据可靠度理论得到数据质量控制问题的本质在于交通采集设备和交通采集系统的精度及稳定性。此结论对确定提高交通数据质量的研究重心有一定指导作用。

Abstract: High quality traffic data is the base of road plan and design, traffic signal optimization and traffic information release and so on. This paper studied the essence of traffic data quality control via reliability theory. First, it introduced the reliability theory algorithm, then analyzed traffic data collection and handling system structure, last, it concluded that the essence of traffic data quality control was the accuracy and stability of devices and systems. This conclusion is significant to conforming the emphasis of improving traffic data quality.
