α-亚氨基膦酸酯的合成与生物活性研究

摘 要: α-氨基膦酸及其衍生物已成为国内外关注的热点,它们作为天然氨基酸的类似物,在医药、农药中起着越来越重要的作用。本文以苯甲酰氯或含氟苯甲酰氯为原料,设计合成了9个未见文献报道的(含氟)α-亚氨基膦酸酯类化合物,产率49.2%~60.6%。用元素分析、IR、1H NMR进行了结构表征,生物活性测试结果表明目标化合物对小麦赤霉病菌等没有抑制作用。

Title: Synthesis and diological activity of α-iminophosphonates derivatives

Abstract: Aminophosphonic acid and their derivates as phosphorus analogues of natural amino acids have been noteworthy at home and abroad nowadays. They play more and more important roles in organic chemistry, medicine and agrochemicals. In this paper, nine novel α-iminophosphonate compounds were designed and synthesized in 49.2%~60.6% yields for benzoyl chloride or fluoro benzoyl chloride as starting material. The structure of the substances was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The bioassay results showed that the new compounds had no good antifungal activity against growth of crop pathogenic fungi.
