等静压辅助凝胶注模成型制备高致密Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3陶瓷

摘 要: 采用凝胶注模成型制备Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3陶瓷坯体。为了提高陶瓷的致密度,对干燥后的坯体进行冷等静压(cold isostatically press, CIP)处理。研究结果表明:冷等静压压力为100 MPa时,坯体的机械强度从29.6 MPa提高到32.8 MPa,陶瓷的相对密度从无压时的96.4%增加到98.2%.等静压辅助凝胶注模成型制备的陶瓷相对于传统等静压法制备的陶瓷,晶粒小而均匀、结构致密,是一种理想的制备功能陶瓷材料的新方法。

Title: Preparation of compact Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 ceramic by the combination of cold isostatically press and gel-casting

Abstract: The Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 green body has been prepared by the combination of gel-casting and cold isostatically press (CIP). The process is similar to the conventional gel-casting method except for adopting CIP on the dried green body. The effect of CIP pressure on the sintered density has been studied. The optimal CIP pressure is 100 MPa. The green body exhibits high bending strength as high as 32.8 MPa and the density of sintered body is 98.2% of theoretic, respectively. The microstructure of the sample has shown more homogeneous and compact than gel-casting and CIP solely. The combination of gel-casting and CIP could effectively prepare high density ceramics.
