大学生就业情况的神经网络预测模型

摘 要: 采用BP神经网络建立大学生就业情况的预测模型,将影响大学生就业的主要因素作为该神经网络的输入,按已知就业情况作为输出,并对所得已知数据通过Matlab程序训练神经网络,进而得出模型结果。在得出结果后,对结果做了可信度的检验。结果表明:此模型的可信度达到了95%, 说明所建立的模型与实际情况相符。在模型的使用上,文章最后给出相关实例,根据未毕业学生的在校情况进行预测,并就预测结果指出毕业情况,从而对该如何培养学生指明了方向。

Title: The neural network forecast model for graduate employment

Abstract: This paper establishes the model of the graduate employment by using the BP neural network. The model uses the main factors which affect the graduate employment as the input of the neural network, and makes the graduate employment which has been known as the output of the neural network. The model is trained according to network with known data using Matlab’ procedure, and then the result is obtained. After testing the credibility of the result, it can be seen that the credibility of the model reaches 95%. It shows that the model can go along with the actual situation well. At last, this paper gives examples to show how to use the model. Also, it is used to forecast some students’ situation. The result shows the graduate employment situation and then points out how the students should be educated.
