Xeq+在金属Al(111)面掠射时的电荷交换

摘 要: 在经典过垒模型(classical over barrier model, COBM)下,通过计算机模拟研究了低速高电荷态离子Xeq+在金属Al(111)面掠角散射过程中中空原子的形成及变化,和该物理过程中Xe离子的壳层电子排布及其电荷态与Xe离子到Al(111)面的距离R的关系,以及Xeq+所获得的镜像能与其电荷态q的关系。计算中考虑了高电荷态离子与固体表面相互作用的能损。将计算所得的镜像能与已有的实验结果进行了比较,符合结果很好。

Title: The charge exchange of Xeq+ grazing on Al(111) surface

Abstract: In the present work, with self-developed program STARF under COBM(classical over barrier model), the neutralization process of slow highly charged Xeq+ and dependence of its charge state on the distance from Al(111) surface when scattering on Al(111) surface under grazing angle were investigated. In addition, the image energy gain of differently charged Xeq+ was calculated and compared with the experimental results. In this simulation, the energy loss resulted from the interaction between highly charged ion and solid surface was taken into account. The calculated image energy gain agrees very well with the existent experimental results.
