水润滑轴承材料摩擦学性能优化研究

摘 要: 水润滑橡胶合金轴承广泛应用于船舶、机械、石油工业、化工、水利工程、农业矿产等工程领域。分别以拉伸强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力和硬度为性能指标,研究了水润滑橡胶轴承的材料改性,包括增强剂、软化剂、硫化剂、玻璃纤维、碳纤维及纳米级氧化锌晶须对扯断强度、撕裂强度、定伸应力和硬度的影响。研究结果表明:通过改变水润滑橡胶合金轴承材料,能显著提高材料的承载能力和摩擦学性能,为水润滑橡胶轴承的工艺设计和实际应用提供了理论依据。

Title: Study on tribological behavior optimization of water-lubricated bearing material

Abstract: Water-lubricated compound rubber bearings are generally widely used in many engineering fields such as shipping, machinery, petroleum industry, chemical industry, water conservancy, agriculture mining and so on. Taking tensile strength, tear strength, stretching stress and hardness as performance index, this paper studied the material modification of water-lubricated rubber bearing, including the influence of reinforcing agent, soft agent, vulcanized agent, fiberglass, carbon fiber and nanometer zinc oxide whisker. Result indicates that the carrying capacity and tribological properties can be well improved when chaging the materials of water-lubricated compound rubber bearings. The work offers theoretical argument for technological design and practical application of water-lubricated compound rubber bearing.
