动态滚转角探测精度测试方法及测试系统研究

摘 要: 弹丸滚转角是决定弹道修正执行机构动作时机的关键因素,为了检测弹载姿态传感器动态情况下的滚转角探测精度,研究了以光电编码器为基准对滚转角进行测试的方法,以及多种传感器数据接口方式的同步问题;在此基础上构建了兼容多种数据接口方式,能够同步显示角度和误差曲线的测试系统。试验结果表明:该系统可以在转速为0~50 r/s的情况下达到±0.036°的测试精度,为姿态传感器的研制、动态性能检测提供了有效的测试手段。

Title: The reserch on method and system for the accuracy test of dynamic rolling-angle detection

Abstract: The rolling-angle is a key factor for a projectile to control the action time of the attitude control actuator. In order to test the rolling-angle detection accuracy of the attitude sensor mounted in a projectile, the test method of comparing rolling-angle with the reference angle educed from the photoelectric encoder was studied, as well as the synchronization way of different sensor interface. Then, a test system with various types of sensor interface was built, which had the ability of displaying rolling-angle and drawing the error curve dynamically. The result of experiment shows that the test system can achieve the accuracy of ±0.036° when the attitude sensor is rolling at 0~50 r/s, and can be used as a powerful accessory instrument in the study and performance test of various types of attitude sensors.
