混合励磁发电机原理及励磁调节电路设计

摘 要: 混合励磁发电机(hybrid excitation generator,HEG)可以通过调节励磁绕组的电流来调节发电机的输出电压。介绍了一种新型混合励磁发电机的结构和电压调节原理,针对样机和给定的技术指标设计了结构简单的励磁调节电路,实现了发电机输出电压的闭环控制。通过实验得到了混合励磁发电机的负载特性和调整特性。实验结果显示:混合励磁发电机在负载较大范围变化时可以维持输出电压稳定。研究的混合励磁发电机结构简单、运行可靠、调磁方便,具有很好的应用前景。

Title: Principle and excitation regulation circuit design of hybrid excitation generator

Abstract: Output voltage of a hybrid excitation generator (HEG) can be regulated by regulating current of the excitation winding.This paper introduces the structure and voltage regulating principle of a novel HEG. Based on the qualification, a regulating circuit was designed to control the exciting current, realizing the closed loop control of the output voltage in HEG. Load characteristic and regulation characteristic were acquired by test on the model and the circuit. The experimental results indicated that the output voltage could be kept stable when the load was changed in a large range. The HEG raised here is outstanding with its simple structure, easy excitation control and independent magnetic circuit.
