Galil运动控制卡在矫直机系统中的应用

摘 要: 介绍矫直机系统中一种基于PC机、运动控制卡的运动控制方法。采用研为YPC�810工控机,美国Galil运动控制卡,日本YASKAWA SGMAH08A,SGMGH09A,SGMGH30A伺服电机,SGDM08AD型伺服器搭建运动控制硬件平台。用LabVIEW软件完成主程序编程,构建逻辑流程框架。Galil控制卡提供了一些基础功能的虚拟仪器(virtual instruments,VIs),用Galil控制卡自带的类似数控代码的编程语言编写控制命令,添加到VIs里。再将这些VIs程序嵌入到主程序里面,完成整个运动控制程序。实践证明:这种结合PC机及控制卡的特点,充分利用LabVIEW的图形化编程和Galil控制卡自带的VIs的控制方法,很大程度上简化了运动控制的研发过程。

Abstract: The paper introduced a method that achieved motion control in straightening machine system based on PC and motion control card. The hardware platform of motion control is composed of Yanwei YPC�810 industrial computer, motion control card of American Galil company and Japanese YASKAWA servo motors: SGMAH08A, SGMGH09A, SGMGH30A and motor server SGDM08AD. As for software programming, the paper completed the main program and the logical process framework with Labview. Galil provide some basic virtual instruments (VIs). Commands were written by programming language just like NC code, which the paper contained in Galil motion control card, into that VIs. After that, added them to the framework, then, entire program work is finished. Practice has proved that this control method which considered features both of PC and motion control card, took full use of Labview graphical programming and VIs which offered by Galil, significantly simplified the research process.
