基于FLUENT的螺旋型静态混合器结构模拟优化

摘 要: 针对当前油田采出水与药剂混合所存在的问题,分析了螺旋型静态混合器的混合机理,应用商业计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件FLUENT对3种组合螺旋型静态混合器内的流场进行了数值模拟,以开发设计一种新型管道加药混合器。分别对加药方式及叶片长度进行了优化,结果表明:三枝加药管管道内加药效果优于管壁开孔加药和单枝伸入管中央加药,叶片长度可根据实际需要灵活选取,为将来的实验研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract: In order to deal with the problems of mixing of produced water and pharmacy in current oil field, the mixing mechanism of spiral static mixer was analyzed. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT was used in the numerical simulation of the flow field in three combinations of the mixer, and a new type of pipeline dosing mixer was developed. The medicine�injecting way and blade length were optimized separately. The results show that dosing in three tube is better than dosing in wall of tube and dosing in single tube; blade length can be selected flexibly according to actual needs, which provide theory basis for the future experiment research.
