液压传动系统的泄漏分析及对策

摘 要: 通过对工程机械上常用的锁紧回路分析,说明了液压系统密封的重要性,解决和防治液压系统的泄漏对生产、工作有着重要意义。通过对密封机理的研究,对液压传动的泄漏形式及密封不良引起的泄漏原因进行分析,提出了有效控制措施及常用密封件的选用和安装方法,促使液压技术在实际工作中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: By analyzing the locking loop that commonly used on construction machinery, this paper illustrates the importance of airproofing in the hydraulic system, which is important to settle and control the hydraulic system leaks. By researching the sealing mechanism, it analyzes the system’s leakage form and the problem which causes leakage. It puts forward effective measure to control leaking and methods for selecting and installing seal components, in order to promote the role of hydraulic technology in the practical work.
