深化反循环连续取心(样)钻进机理研究与试验台建立

摘 要: 钻头在反循环形成过程中起着重要作用。然而,由于钻头结构不够合理,在应用过程中依然存在反循环形成质量不好,或者反循环难以形成等问题,故应深化反循环连续取心(样)钻进机理的研究,以指导钻头的结构改进及参数优化设计。本研究在原有钻头结构基础上新增一级引射装置,利用引射原理在钻头中心孔道内再次形成负压区,使岩心(样)得到加速,更顺利地排出孔外。运用CFD技术对影响反循环形成效果的引射孔的倾角、孔径、孔数及孔的分布方式等参数进行研究,得出结论:当引射孔倾角为45°、孔径为7 mm、6孔均布时,在引射孔内部所形成的负压值最大,对反循环形成更有利。建立了模拟钻进试验台,设计加工了带有不同倾角、孔径、孔数及分布方式引射孔的引射管,在试验台上试验。与数值模拟结论对照,二者相吻合。本文为深化反循环连续取心(样)钻进机理的研究,提供了理论依据与试验平台。

Title: Deepen the reverse circulation continuously sampling drilling principle study and the test plat construction

Abstract: Bit plays an important role in reverse circulation drilling. However, owing the unsuitable bit construction, there are some problems in reverse circulation, for example, the quality of drilling is not good, or can’t format the drilling. So it needs to deepen the drilling principle to study the bit development and parameters optimization. The authors added a new injector instrument in the bit, using the inject principle to get the minus pressure section, accelerating the core and sample, making it upward to the surface more smoothly. In the article, the authors have designed optimized the injector hole’s obliquity, diameters, numbers and distribution of the holes based on CFD technology. The conclusion was: when the obliquity is 45 degree, the diameter is 7 mm, 6 holes distributed equably in the wall of the tube, the negative pressure is biggest and it does the benefit for the reverse circulation drilling. The injector tubes with different degrees, diameters, distributions and numbers are tested in test plat constructed. The two conclusions anastomose each other. The article provided a theory and test plat help for deepening the reverse circulation drilling principle.
