深井软岩煤巷两种不同参数下的支护效果比较

摘 要: 随着煤矿开采深度的进一步加深,深井软岩煤巷支护问题日益突出,已成为制约矿井安全高效生产的一个难题。原有的适合浅部的普通的锚梁网支护形式,无论在支护强度上或支护产品本身的性能特征上,都已不适应深井软岩煤巷变形,深部软岩煤巷围岩变形特征具有明显的流变特性。本文针对某矿1262(1)深井软岩煤巷具体条件,比较分析其在两种不同支护参数下的支护效果,提出了通过升级支护产品,提高单位面积支护强度,施加超高强预应力,充分利用围岩自身形成整体支护机构的支护思想,实践证明这种超高强预应力组合锚杆支护可以实现深井软岩巷道支护长期稳定。

Title: The supporting effects of coal roadway under two different supporting parameters in deep mine

Abstract: As mining depth increases, support of deep soft coal roadways becomes increasingly acute; this has set a big obstacle to safety and high-efficiency mining. No conventional bolting support method alone can meet the difficult geological conditions to protect the surrounding rock from being deformed, the deformation bears evident rheological properties. In this paper, the supporting effects of 1262(1) coal roadway under two different supporting parameters in deep mine was compared and analyzed, and then gave the relevant measure, by upgrading the supporting productions, strengthening supporting intensity and full use of the rock’s self-loading capacity was made, long-term stability of the soft coal roadway could be achieved.
