量子金融IC卡

摘 要: 将电子钱包技术与量子技术结合,分别从离线和在线2种应用场景出发,给出量子金融IC(quantum financial transactional integrated circuit, QFIC)卡的实现方案,并对其安全性进行讨论。离线情况下,使用2组基底存储128 bit量子数据的量子IC卡,可以使破解的成功率降低到2-128≈2.9E-39; 在线情况下,基于BB84或其他量子保密通信协议实时交换数据,能够容易地识别到窃听者的存在,保证量子IC卡的使用安全。

Abstract: Using e�wallet and quantum technology together, the paper gives a method to implement the QFIC (quantum financial transactional integrated circuit)card, based on off�line and on�line scenario. The security is also discussed. When working off�line, a QFIC with 128 quantum bits in two bases can make the probability of success fall into 2-128≈2.9E-39. While working on�line, the eavesdropper can be found easily by transferring the information with BB84 or other quantum security communication protocol, and hence the using of QFIC is secure.
