Mn和Co掺杂的ZnO微晶的有机热解法制备及性能研究

摘 要: 采用高温有机化学方法制备出Co2+和Mn2+掺杂的ZnO微米晶体。制备得到的样品呈六角锥形,尺寸在100~400 nm之间。X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)测量表明:Mn2+和Co2+均掺杂进入了ZnO晶格中,且掺杂的浓度达到了5%左右。光致发光测量发现掺杂后ZnO的本征发光被抑制,说明掺杂离子作为复合中心提高了ZnO体系中电子的非辐射跃迁几率。磁性测量表明:Mn∶ZnO微晶是顺磁性的,而Co∶ZnO表现出弱的室温铁磁性。

Title: Synthesis and characterization of Mn and Co doped ZnO submicrometer crystals by organic thermal decomposition method

Abstract: This paper reports on optical and magnetic characteristics of the Co and Mn doped ZnO submicrometer crystals synthesized by organic thermal decomposition method. The doped ZnO submicrometer crystals are hexagon cone in shape with size ranging from 100 to 400 nm. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) measurements indicated that the Mn2+ and Co2+ are doped into the ZnO lattice with concentration of around 5%. Photoluminescence of the samples showed suppressed band-gap emission, indicating that the Mn or Co ions in the ZnO lattice increase the non-irradiative recombination processes. Magnetic property measurements revealed that the Mn∶ZnO submicrometer crystals were paramagnetic while the Co∶ZnO exhibited week ferromagnetism at 300 K.
