上砂工艺对复合电沉积立方氮化硼镀层性能的影响

摘 要: 采用复合电沉积法制备了镍立方氮化硼(cubic boron nitride, CBN)复合镀层。使用GE-5数码照相机、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)及能谱仪(energy dispersive spectormeter, EDS)对复合镀层进行表征,并对复合镀层的磨削性能进行测试。研究结果表明:在瓦特镀镍体系中采用埋砂法上砂20 min,电流密度控制在50~75 A·m-2时,可得到CBN颗粒分布均匀的复合镀层,其中CBN体积分数达到47%以上;CBN前处理工艺对CBN分布状态有较大影响,经过H2SO4处理后再经镀液浸泡的CBN表面润湿性良好,可有效改善复合镀层中CBN分布的均匀性,获得CBN密度高、磨削性能优良的复合镀层。

Title: Effect of CBN embedding methods on the properties of composite electrodepositing coatings

Abstract: Ni cubic boron nitride (CBN) composite coatings were prepared by composite electrodeposition. The composite coatings were characterized by GE-5 digital camera, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectormeter (EDS). And the grinding performance was tested. The results indicated that the optimum electrodeposition parameters of CBN embedding process were 20 min, 50~75 A穖-2 through burying sands method in Watt nickel plating system. In this technique, the CBN has more than 47% in volume fraction. What's more, it distributes uniformly and has almost no overlap. The pretreatment of CBN shows a considerable influence on distribution of CBN. Composite coating with CBN pretreated by the H2SO4 and plating bath has better grinding performance and the CBN distributes uniformly in the composite coating.
