生物接触氧化-复合垂直流人工湿地处理某制药废水的调试

摘 要: 针对某药业公司的制药废水水质情况,采用厌氧水解酸化与生物接触氧化强化预处理并联合复合垂直流人工湿地(integrated vertical-flow constructed wetland, IVCW)的处理工艺,将生物与生态技术耦合处理该类难降解污水。从调试准备、污泥培养、单元优化等方面探讨了调试过程中应注意的事项。调试运行及水质监测表明:该制药废水经过生物接触氧化法-复合垂直流人工湿地工艺净化出水化学需氧量(chemical oxygen demand, COD)达到污水综合排放标准(GB 8978-1996)第二类污染物一级排放标准。

Title: Debugging of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment by biological contact oxidation-IVCW process

Abstract: According to the water quality, the waste water of a pharmaceutical company was treated by anaerobic hydrolysis-acidification and biological contact oxidation as enhanced pre-treatment, and integrated vertical-flow constructed wetland (IVCW) process as advanced treatment. In the combined process, bio-technology and eco-technology were well integrated. The matters which should be paid attention to were discussed from the aspects of debugging preparation, activated sludge culture and unit optimization. The debugging operation and water quality monitoring indicate that chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the effluent successfully meet integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB 8978-1996), classified as the second category of pollutants of wastewater discharge A standards, after the process of biological contact oxidation and IVCW.
