基于SolidWorks Simulation的活塞有限元分析

摘 要: 利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对某型号柴油机活塞进行仿真分析,分析其分别在机械负载、热负载作用下的应力分布及温度场分布,以及其在机械负载、热负载和惯性力共同作用下的强度分析和综合变形。在此基础上找到活塞失效的原因,进而对其进行优化设计。

Abstract: The paper applies finite element analysis to a type of diesel engine piston with finite element analysis software of SolidWorks Simulation, separately analyzes its stress distribution in the mechanical load and its temperature field distribution in the thermal load, and analyzes its strength and comprehensive deformation with the combined effect of mechanical load, thermal load and inertia force, and on this basis finds the reason of piston failure, finally optimizes the design.
