大气压氦气介质阻挡放电的放电特性

摘 要: 进行大气压氦气介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)的试验,得到单脉冲和多脉冲辉光放电。测量外施电压、回路电流和Lissajous图形,拍摄放电空间的短时曝光图像并对放电模式进行诊断。研究大气压氦气辉光放电的特性,包括Lissajous图形、气隙的放电电压、放电电流、击穿场强、介质表面电荷以及气隙放电的伏安特性曲线。探讨放电的物理过程、形成多脉冲的机理以及应用相关放电特性诊断放电模式的可行性。

Title: Characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge in helium at atmospheric pressure

Abstract: Dielectric barrier discharges (DBD) under atmospheric pressure were carried out in helium. Single pulse glow discharge and multi-pulse glow discharge were both observed. The applied voltage, current pulse and Lissajous figures were measured. Characteristics of atmospheric pressure helium glow DBD including the Lissajous figures, the voltage applied to the gas, discharge current through gas gap, electric field strength for breakdown, surface charges on the solid barrier and the voltage-current characteristic curve were investigated. Finally, the formation mechanism of the multi-pulse discharge as well as the potential application of the discharge characteristics to discharge mode diagnosis were discussed.
