冻干条件下聚四氟乙烯膜的水蒸气

摘 要: 聚四氟乙烯(poly tetra fluoro etylene, PTFE)膜是可用来制作血小板冻干袋的材料。通过对纯水和冻干缓冲液在玻璃小瓶和特制血袋中冻干过程进行的实验研究,得到冻干条件下聚四氟乙烯膜的水蒸气渗透系数。根据对冻干所需时间的计算,认为采用现有的聚四氟乙烯膜作特制血袋存在水蒸气传质阻力过大的问题。

Abstract: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane may be chosen as the material for making the freeze-drying bag. In this paper, the water vapor permeation coefficient for a specified PTFE membrane was estimated by experimentally studying the freeze drying processes of pure water and lyophilization buffer solution in a glass vial and a special blood bag. According to the calculation of freeze drying time needed, the mass transfer resistance of the specified PTFE membrane was judged to be too high to be used for making the freeze-drying bag.
