酸性离子液体N-甲基吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐催化合成乙酸乙酯

摘 要: 以酸性离子液体N-甲基毗咯烷酮硫酸氢盐([Hnmp]HSO4)为催化剂,对乙酸乙酯的酯化反应进行研究,重点考察反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对乙酸乙酯产率的影响。实验结果表明:离子液体[Hnmp]HSO4对酯化合成乙酸乙酯有着良好的催化活性,在乙醇∶乙酸为1.4∶1.0条件下,催化剂用量为乙醇的2.5%(物质的量分数),反应温度120℃,反应时间135 min,乙酸乙酯产率可达65%(质量分数)以上,且催化剂重复使用6次仍保持较高活性。

Title: Catalytic synthesis of ethyl acetate by an acidic ionic liquid N-methylpyrrolidone hydrosulfate

Abstract: An acidic ionic liquid N-methylpyrrolidone hydrosulfate ([Hnmp]HSO4) was used as catalyst to synthesize ethyl acetate. The effects of different reaction parameters, such as reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst dosage were investigated. The results showed that N-methylpyrrolidone hydrosulfate exhibited excellent catalytic activity. The yield of ethyl acetate was about 65% (mass fraction) when the reaction was conducted at optimum reaction conditions: the molar ratio of ethanol and acetic acid is 1.4∶1.0, the dosage of catalyst based on alcohol is 2.5% (molar fraction), the reaction temperature is 120℃ and reaction time is 135 min. After separation with the product and dry at high vacuum, the acidic ionic liquids recycled 6 times without significant yield decrease.
