模型控制在分流换热网络中的应用

摘 要: 提出一种模型控制,并将其应用在化工过程控制与模拟中。首先,建立有分流换热网络的精确数学模型,计算流体出口参数以及换热网络的能量回收率,继而建立以最大能量回收率为目标的有分流换热网络的最优化数学模型,针对换热网络不同的实际运行工况,优化获得相应的最佳物流分配参数。实例研究表明:将所建立的有分流换热网络的数学模型及优化策略运用到换热网络的控制中,通过模型控制参数,并实时调整参数,能实现最佳的能量回收效果,并且能够有效地克服控制的滞后性。

Abstract: A method called model control was presented, and it was used in chemical process control and simulation. First of all, an accurate mathematical model of split heat exchanger networks was established, which can calculate both the outlet parameters of fluids and the energy recovery of the heat exchanger networks. Then, the optimal mathematical model of the split heat exchanger networks was established in order to reach the target of the maximum energy recovery. Through optimizing, the optimal flow split parameters in different operating conditions can be obtained. Case study shows that, using the mathematical model of the split heat exchanger networks and optimization strategies in the control of heat exchanger networks, adjusting the parameter of model in real time can always reach the best energy recovery, and overcome the control lag effectively.
