卡马西平-糖精共晶的制备与分析研究

摘 要: 通过不同的结晶方法制备了卡马西平-糖精的共晶,通过单晶衍射、X-射线粉末衍射(powder X-ray diffraction, PXRD)、差热扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimeter, DSC)、红外光谱分析(fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, FT-IR)对其进行定性分析。通过实验考察不同溶剂对共晶和其组分晶习的影响,并运用Materials Studio软件对共晶的晶习进行模拟。结果发现:不同的溶剂对卡马西平和糖精的晶习有一定的影响,但对于卡马西平-糖精共晶的晶习影响不大;用软件模拟预测的晶习与单晶的晶习趋势基本一致。

Title: Study on preparation and analysis of carbamazepine-saccharin cocrystal

Abstract: Carbamazepine-saccharin (CBZ-SAC) cocrystal was prepared using different crystallization technologies, and characterized by single crystal diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR). Crystal habits of CBZ, SAC and CBZ-SAC in different solvents were investigated, the cocrystal habit was simulated by the Materials Studio software. It is showed that solvents affected CBZ and SAC crystal habits than that of CBZ-SAC, the simulated cocrystal habit fitted well with the experimental one.
