2008年兰州市小学生常见病患病情况调查

| 摘 要： | 目的：分析2008年兰州市小学生常见病患病状况，为开展当地学校卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法：采用随机整群抽样的方法，对兰州市部分城、郊区17 572名小学生的身高、体重、视力、龋齿、乙肝表面抗原进行检测和评价。结果：视力低下、营养不良、龋齿、乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）检出率分别为55.16%，21.73%，13.28%，0.67%；城区小学生轻、中度视力低下率显著高于郊区；郊区小学生重度视力低下、营养不良、龋齿患病率和HBsAg阳性率显著高于城区。结论：兰州市小学生总体视力不良检出率较高，郊区小学生重度视力低下、营养不良、龋齿及HBsAg阳性率较高，应加强小学生视力保健工作，在做好城区小学生卫生保健工作同时，尤须注重郊区学校健康教育工作。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: Survey on incidence of common diseases among school age children in Lanzhou city in 2008, and provide scientific evidence for their health care work. Methods: The method of cluster sampling was used to randomly select 17 572 children come from the urban area and the suburban area, and the physical examination data of these students were analyzed and evaluated, including height, weight, eyesight, caries, HBsAg. Results: The prevalence rates of poor visual sight, malnutrition, caries and the positive rate of HBsAg were 55.16%, 21.73%, 13.28%, 0.67%, respectively. The morbidity of the mild and moderate low eyesight in the urban was significantly higher than that in the rural. The severe low eyesight, malnutrition, caries and positive rate of HBsAg in the rural were higher than that in the urban. Conclusion: The prevalence of low eyesight was higher in city pupils, the incidences of severe low eyesight, malnutrition, caries and positive rate of HBsAg in the rural were higher, while strengthen health education on visual acuity protection, the work of health care in the rural school should be made better as well. |
