基于真实人体气道和计算流体力学的哮喘机理研究

摘 要: 基于真实人体的呼吸道断层扫描(computed tomography, CT)数据,建立具有几何细节的呼吸道3D几何模型,使用计算流体工具ANSYS-CFX分析气道内部及表面压力、气流速度的变化情况,并提出一种新的方法模拟哮喘病发病机理,即将多条气道相继关闭作为边界条件,分析气道内流场变化,结果表明:迅速关闭的气道可能会诱发周围相邻气道的闭合,从而引起气道内所谓“雪崩现象”,最终导致哮喘发生。

Abstract: The 3D model was analyzed in ANSYS-CFX for fluid properties, the process was simulated by setting the boundary condition as some small airways shut down one by one just like the asthma occurred, the condition of pressure and air velocity in and on the airway was analyzed. It was found that when that situation happened, the neighbor small airway would be shut down together with those had been closed, so avalanche occurred and then transformed into the disease asthma.
