单缸摩托车发动机双火花塞点火试验研究

摘 要: 为参赛单缸摩托车发动机设计双火花塞点火系统,对双火花塞的点火提前角进行标定试验,使发动机按照最佳点火提前角工作,在上述工作基础之上进行发动机性能的对比试验。台架试验表明:在试验条件相同的前提下,与单火花塞相比,采用双火花塞并合理标定点火提前角,可以有效改善发动机的燃油经济性,降低整车油耗,提升参赛赛车的燃油经济性和比赛成绩。

Title: Experimental ol study on dual spark plug ignition for single-cylinder motorcycle engine

Abstract: The paper designs a dual spark plug ignition system for single sylinder motorcycle engine, and optimizes the ignition advance angle for making the engine work at the best advance angle. Then a comparison test of engine performance was performed on the base of the work above. The results of bench test show that: at the same experimental conditions, compared with single spark plug, the dual spark plugs and optimized ignition advance angle can improve the engine’s fuel economy, reduce vehicle fuel consumption and improve the car performance in competition.
