EKOFOL复合药剂浮选效果研究

摘 要: 运用EKOFOL复合药剂与常规煤油加仲辛醇进行对比煤泥浮选试验,试验证明:EKOFOL复合药剂浮选效果更好、药耗低、浮选时间更短。EKOFOL油最佳药剂消耗量为400 g/t,精煤产率为85.86%,浮选时间为310 s.而煤油加仲辛醇最佳药剂消耗量为1 400 g/t,精煤产率为83.74%,浮选时间为370 s.另外还测定了接触角和Zeta电位。EKOFOL浮选精煤相对接触角为89.6°,Zeta电位为-9.456 1. 而煤油加仲辛醇浮选精煤的相对接触角为85.3°,Zeta电位为-13.174 1,以此检验了EKOFOL油的使用效果,验证了EKOFOL复合药剂应用于煤泥浮选的优越性。

Abstract: In this paper, coal flotation tests on the EKOFOL complex reagent and Kerosene with 2-Octanol were carried out, and the results proved that the effect of EKOFOL oil was much better, the drug consumption was lower and flotation time was shorter. The optimum consumption of EKOFOL oil was 400 g/t, clean coal yield was 85.86%, and flotation time was 310 s. While the optimum consumption of Kerosene with 2-Octanol was 1 400 g/t, clean coal yield was 83.74%, and flotation time was 370 s. In addition, relative contact angle and Zeta potential were measured. Relative contact angle of clean coal floated by EKOFOL oil was 89.6� and Zeta potential was -9.456 1. While relative contact angle of clean coal floated by Kerosene with 2-Octanol was 85.3� and Zeta potential was -13.174 1; so no doubt the flotation effect of EKOFOL oil was better. All the facts affirmed the superiority of EKOFOL complex reagent in coal flotation.
