基于Arrowsmith探讨黄芪与维生素D轴功能的潜在相关性

摘 要: 目的:研究黄芪与维生素D功效在心血管疾病治疗中的相关性,探讨黄芪治疗心血管疾病可能作用于维生素D轴的分子机制,为黄芪作用于心血管系统的广泛药理作用提供中间环节。方法:运用Arrowsmith工具收集整理资料并进行分析。结果:黄芪与维生素D除调节钙、磷代谢,促进骨发育外,在调节肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,RAAS),调节转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β, TGF-β)分泌,平衡炎症细胞因子与抗炎细胞因子,改善胰岛素抵抗等在高血压、左室重塑、心力衰竭、代谢综合征等许多方面具有一定的关联性。结论:黄芪可能部分通过调节维生素D轴(参与维生素D代谢的酶及维生素D受体)发挥广泛药理作用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the possible pharmacological effects of Astragalus and vitamin D in treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and discuss the molecular mechanism of extensive pharmacological effects of Astragalus on cardiovascular system may contribute to vitamin D axis. Methods: Arrowsmith tool was used for collecting data and performing analysis. Results: Astragalus and vitamin D had some relevance in regulating renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system (RAAS), regulating transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) secretion, balancing inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines and improving insulin resistance in hypertension, left ventricular remodeling, heart failure, metabolic syndrome as well as in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism and promoting bone growth. Conclusion: Astragalus may have a wide range of pharmacological effects by partially regulating vitamin D axis (enzyme and vitamin D receptors involved in vitamin D metabolism).
