发酵法生物制氢反应器的发展现状

摘 要: 归纳目前广泛应用的发酵法生物制氢反应器及其运行调控措施的研究现状,主要包括连续流槽式搅拌反应器(continuous stirred tank reactor,CSTR)、升流式厌氧污泥床(upflow anaerobic sludge blanket,UASB)、填充床反应器、膨胀床反应器等的运行调控参数,并结合国内外研究现状,对比分析各类生物反应器的调控参数、产氢速率、氢气产率等技术指标,提出未来生物制氢反应器的发展趋势。

Title: Overview of fermentative hydrogen production reactors treating organic wastewater

Abstract: Based on the recent researches on fermentative hydrogen production, this paper mainly reviewed the bioreactor type and bioreactor control technology development. Which mainly include continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR), upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB), packed bed reactor, expanded bed reactor operation control parameters. Moreover, comparative analysis all kinds of bioreactors control parameter, hydrogen production rate, hydrogen yield technical index based on the current studies is also carried out. In order to obtain stable and safe hydrogen production from organic wastewater, future development of bio-hydrogen production reactor is also suggested.
