垃圾渗滤液膜滤浓水膜蒸馏浓缩中膜污染清洗试验研究

摘 要: 选用自制的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)疏水膜及组件以膜蒸馏(membrane distillation, MD)技术浓缩处理垃圾渗滤液纳滤-反渗透混合浓水。混合浓水中有机物及盐类在MD 浓缩过程中会造成严重的膜污染,使膜通量快速下降和产水电导率上升。取受污染程度相同的五根膜组件,分别进行碱洗-酸洗、柠檬酸清洗、次氯酸钠清洗、十二烷基磺酸钠清洗,清洗后用4.0%氯化钠溶液及经预处理后混合浓水进行MD试验,考察各膜组件性能恢复情况,试验结果表明:通过十二烷基磺酸钠清洗,受污染膜的性能可基本恢复,在连续运行过程中其膜性能稳定,产水通量及产水电导率可分别达到15.3 L/m2·h和15 μS/cm.

Title: Study on membrane cleaning of landfill leachate concentrated water treated by membrane distillation process

Abstract: In this paper, the membrane distillation (MD) concentration technology was applied for the treatment of concentrated water from nanofilter-reverse osmosis process of the landfill leachate treatment system. The results demonstrated that the organic matters and salts in the concentrated water could result in serious membrane fouling in the membrane distillation concentration process, the membrane flux decreased rapidly and the conductance of permeate water increased rapidly. The fouling membranes were cleaned by alkali-acid, citric acid, sodium hypochlorite and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), the recovery of membrane properties was evaluated by the membrane distillation process as feed was 4.0% NaCl and pretreated concentrated water. The result shows that the properties of membrane were stable after cleaned by SDS, at last the permeate flux and water conductivity were 15.3 L/m2·h and 15 μS/cm.
