基于BOTDA监测的钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层裂缝评价指标研究

摘 要: 采用布里渊光时域分析(Brilouin optical time domain analysis, BOTDA)技术研究钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层裂缝评价指标,通过由钢板和带切口铺装层组成的复合梁室内三点弯曲疲劳试验,运用BOTDA技术监测铺装层裂缝疲劳扩展规律,得到埋设于铺装层的光纤应变值,定义了钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层的裂缝启裂点和失稳点。根据铺装层铺装养护要求,确定基于BOTDA技术的钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层裂缝评价指标。研究可为钢桥面环氧沥青铺装层的养护提供理论基础。

Title: The research of crack evaluation criteria of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck based on BOTDA

Abstract: Cracking evaluation index of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck was studied in this paper by the method of BOTDA technology. Based on the three-point bending fatigue test with the indoor incision composite beam, the strain values of all stages of crack propagation were monitored, then cracking initiation point and extension instability point of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck were defined. Cracking evaluation indexes of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck were gotten according to the preventive protection requirements. The results may provide a theoretical basis for maintenance of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck.
