大禹陵禹庙大殿混凝土涂层保护试验研究

摘 要: 针对禹庙大殿主体结构中混凝土碳化导致钢筋锈蚀,混凝土梁架表面彩画遭受水分侵蚀等问题,选取5种涂层防护剂:水溶性丙烯酸(B72)、硅丙乳液、聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的混合剂(PVA混合剂)、硅烷浸渍剂和派力克(水性高氟硅烷),研究了防护剂的物理、力学性能及涂层的耐紫外光老化性能,并对涂层老化过程中的色差做连续测试分析,考察了防护剂对抑制混凝土碳化、抵抗冻融循环的作用。试验结果表明:硅烷浸渍剂、派力克对混凝土的渗透深度可达5 mm以上;B72、硅丙乳液、PVA混合剂形成的保护膜与混凝土表面的粘附力均大于3.0 MPa,其中B72涂层的耐老化性相对较好,色差较小;所选取的5种保护剂均能有效抵御CO2对混凝土基体的碳化侵蚀,使得相同碳化龄期的碳化深度相比未涂刷防护剂的对比组减小50%以上,并能延缓混凝土在冻融循环作用下的损伤破坏。

Title: Experimental study on concrete coating protection of Yu Temple of Dayu Mausoleum

Abstract: Based on the problems of steel corrosion caused by concrete carbonization and water erosion of the mural painting on the surface of the concrete beams in the main hall of Yu Temple, five kinds of coating protectants were chosen and their physical, mechanical, ultraviolet-resistant aging properties were tested, and color aberration during the aging process was continuously detected; the carbonation and frost resistance performance of coated concrete were also studied. It was found that, the penetration depth of silane impregnant and pelicoat (aqueous fluoride silicane) in concrete was more than 5 mm. A layer of coating could form on the surface of concrete with B72, silicone-acrylate emulsion and PVA painted, and the adhesive strength was respectively higher than 3.0 MPa. The coating of B72 showed better aging performance with tiny color aberration. Carbonation of concrete coated by the five protectants could be effectively resisted with 50% decrease of the carbonation depth compared with non-coated concrete. Collapse of concrete in repeated freeze-thaw cycles could also be retarded.
