基于FEM的救生舱结构设计优化

摘 要: 为提高救生舱的抗爆性能,改善结构应力状况,提出利用有限元设计优化的思路对其进行分析。通过三维设计软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件ABAQUS对救生舱进行三维建模和仿真计算,讨论其在冲击载荷下的应力分布状况,对其结构进行合理化改进,提高了设备的安全性能。

Abstract: In order to improve the explosion-proof performance and the stress appearance of the movable mine refuge chamber, finite element analysis was used. Based on SolidWorks, the 3D model was established and simulation computation was implemented under ABAQUS. Through discussing the stress appearance under impact loading, logical improvements were carried out and safety performance was enhanced.
