基于云计算的推荐系统研究与实现

摘 要: 在对传统推荐算法进行比较研究的基础上,提出了一种基于云计算的推荐系统(cloud computing-based recommendation system,CCBRS),该系统能根据不同的推荐需求采用不同的推荐策略。结合CCBRS对单机环境、伪分布式平台及分布式平台下多种推荐算法进行测试和分析,为不同场景推荐策略的选取提供依据。研究工作为推荐系统的研究及云计算技术的应用提供了有益参考。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the traditional recommendation algorithms, a cloud computing-based recommendation system (CCBRS) was proposed, which can take different recommendation strategies according to different requirements. Combined with CCBRS, several different recommendation algorithms were implemented and tested over the stand-alone environment, pseudo-distributed platform and distributed platform separately, and the conclusions drawn from the test results can be used for the choice of different recommendation strategies. The design and implementation of CCBRS provides valuable references for the research on recommendation system and the application of cloud computing technologies.
