计入表面粗糙度的内燃机主轴承混合润滑仿真分析

摘 要: 利用计入润滑表面粗糙度的平均Reynolds方程分析了内燃机主轴承的润滑特性。仿真结果表明:主轴承与主轴颈间的润滑特性受表面粗糙度影响明显;计入表面粗糙度后,轴心轨迹变化较大,最小油膜厚度增加,端部泄流量和最大油膜压力在一个工作循环内的大部分时间里变化不明显;在一定范围内,增大表面粗糙度,有利于润滑表面间形成油膜,但由于微凸体接触力也增大,油膜厚度与粗糙度的比值减小,润滑性能并未得到改善。

Title: Mixed lubrication simulation analysis on main bearings internal combustion engine considering the surface roughness

Abstract: The mixed lubrication of main bearings was analyzed using the average Reynolds equation considering the surface roughness. The simulation results indicated that the surface roughness between main bearings and main bearing journals had great effects on the lubrication properties. When surface roughness of bearings was considered, the bearings orbits changed greatly, the least oil film thickness increased obviously, while the end flow-rate and highest film pressure changed little in the most time of a duty cycle. In addition, the increase of surface roughness within a certain range was benefit for the film formation at lubricant surface. However, since the asperity contact pressure was also increased, the ratio of film thickness and roughness decreased, which made the lubrication of main bearings become worse.
