活化热氛围下柴油喷雾燃烧及排放特性的模拟研究

摘 要: 利用数值模拟的方法,研究了可控活化热氛围下柴油喷雾的燃烧及排放特性。计算了柴油喷雾在热氛围中压力为常压和高压状态下的着火滞燃期、柴油火焰起升高度等参数,对柴油喷雾的自燃特性及火焰稳定性进行了分析,探讨了协流温度等参数变化产生的影响,并研究了热氛围中soot及NO的排放特性。结果表明:随着环境压力的提高,柴油喷雾的着火滞燃期显著缩短,热氛围中soot和NO排放量都有所增加。若要降低有害物排放应在保证获得稳定火焰的同时尽量降低协流温度。

Title: Simulation study of diesel spray combustion and emission characteristics in active thermo-atomsphere

Abstract: The combustion and emission characteristics of diesel spray were studied in a controllable active thermo-atmosphere by numerical simulation method. The auto-ignition delay and auto-ignition site of diesel spray at atmospheric pressure and high pressure were also calculated. Furthermore, the auto-ignition delay of diesel spray, the flame stabilization and the effect of the co-flow temperature were analyzed. Then, the emission characteristics of soot and NO were also studied. The results showed that the auto-ignition delay of diesel spray decreased with the increasing of atmospheric pressure, while the emission of soot and NO increased. The harmful gas could be reduced by reducing the co-flow temperature while keeping the stable flame.
