沉积电量对CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结的形成和光电性能影响研究

摘 要: 采用两步阳极氧化法在纯钛片上制备规整有序的TiO2纳米管阵列,通过调节氨水浓度确定Te与Cd在TiO2纳米管阵列衬底上的欠电势共沉积电位,成功制备出CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结薄膜电极。利用X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、X射线能谱仪(energy-dispersive X-ray spectrophotometry,EDXS)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(field-emission scanning electron microscopy,FE-SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,UV-Vis)、线性扫描伏安法(linear sweep voltammetry,LSV)、电化学交流阻抗法(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)等测试手段对3种不同沉积电量的CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结的晶型、形貌、光学性质、光电性能和电化学特性进行表征。结果表明:当CdTe的沉积电量为8 C时,CdTe/TiO2纳米管阵列同轴异质结在可见光有较强吸收,在光电反应过程中克服的势垒最小,光生载流子迁移率最快。其光电转换效率由敏化前的1.35%提高到7.64%.

Title: Effect of deposition charge amounts on formation and photoelectric activity of CdTe/TiO2 nanotube array coaxial heterogeneous structures

Abstract: The highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays on pure titanium are prepared via the two-step anodic oxidation method. The co-deposition potential of underpotential deposition (UPD) of both Te and Cd elements on TiO2 nanotube array substrate is determined by adjusting the ammonia concentration to produce a coaxial heterogeneous structure of CdTe/TiO2 nanotube arrays. Three thin film electrode samples of coaxial heterogeneous structure with different deposition charge amounts of CdTe coating are fabricated, and their crystalline structure, morphology, optical performance, photoelectric activity, and electrochemical properties are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrophotometry (EDXS), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and other testing means. The results show that the CdTe/TiO2 nanotube array coaxial heterogeneous structures fabricated using 8 C charge amount have the highest photo absorption under the visible light and the smallest potential barrier as well as the fastest photoinduced carrier mobility in the photoelectric response process among the samples investigated. Its photoconversion efficiency increased to 7.64% from 1.35% of the pre-sensitized pure TiO2 nanotube substrate.
