一维磁性纳米材料及其稀土合金的制备与表征

摘 要: 采用阳极氧化铝(anodic aluminum oxide,AAO)模板电化学沉积的方法合成出镍(Ni)和钴(Co)的纳米管以及镍钕(Ni/Nd)和钴钕(Co/Nd)合金的纳米线。对得到的一维纳米材料进行结构和形貌表征,由扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)可以看出:形成的纳米管和纳米线可在整个模板范围内排列规整,其直径符合模板的孔径大小,且得到的Ni和Co基本为纳米管,而得到的Ni/Nd合金和Co/Nd合金基本为纳米线结构。同时,通过不同时间的Co纳米管对比,发现纳米管的生长趋势是形成的纳米管不断增厚,并最终形成纳米线。能谱仪(energy dispersive spectrometer,EDS)也证明了Co,Ni,Nd的存在,Nd的加入在一定程度上提高了Co的耐腐蚀性。透射电子显微镜(transmission electron microscope,TEM)证明了形成的Ni纳米管和Ni/Nd合金的纳米线结构。

Title: Fabrication and characterization of one dimensional magnetic nanomaterial and its rare-earth alloy

Abstract: High ordered and controlled one-dimensional magnetic nanomaterial Ni and Co nanotubes and their rare-earth alloy Ni/Nd and Co/Nd nanowires were fabricated by DC electrochemical deposition into anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. The nanoarrays were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The SEM results showed that the nanoarrays had a whole scope of high order with AAO and it had the same measurement with the AAO diameter, which also indicated the Ni and Co nanotube structure and their alloy nanowire structure. A possible growing trend was observed from the Co nanotubes with different deposition time that the nanotube wall became thicker gradually until it became into a nanowire. EDS testified the existence of the Co, Ni and Nd. Meanwhile, the addition of rare-earth gave an improvement of the metal corrosion-resistance. Besides, the TEM showed the obvious Ni nanotube and Ni/Nd nanowire.
