创新集群内合作文化对创新能力及创新绩效的作用研究

摘 要: 以创新集群内企业间知识共享合作为背景,通过研究创新集群内合作文化对企业间合作活动的协调作用,提出合作文化、知识生产能力、知识转移能力、创新绩效4项要素的理论模型,并以218家企业为样本进行实证检验,认为知识生产能力和知识转移能力对创新绩效有直接显著正向影响;合作文化对知识生产能力和知识转移能力有直接显著正向影响,并由此对创新绩效有间接正向影响。

Abstract: On the background of knowledge sharing cooperation between enterprises in innovation cluster, this paper put forward the theoretical model of collaborative culture, knowledge-creating capacity, knowledge-transferring capacity, and innovation performance. Furthermore, this model was tested by questionnaire analysis of 218 firms and it revealed that knowledge-creating capacity and knowledge-transferring capacity had significantly direct impact on innovation performance. And collaborative culture had significantly direct impact on knowledge-creating capacity and knowledge-transferring capacity, and therefore had indirect impact on innovation performance.
