THEATRe和MELCOR程序耦合过程中材料物性参数分析

摘 要: 由于使用范围的限制,程序间的耦合常面临物性参数适用性问题。为解决程序耦合过程中材料物性参数不匹配问题,通过对程序手册及程序本身的研究,将THEATRe和MELCOR程序中冷却介质物性参数、热构件物性参数和堆芯构件材料的物性参数进行比较分析。结果表明:THEATRe程序无法为MELCOR程序提供高温冷却介质物性参数和全面的堆芯构件材料物性参数,需要拓展高温工况下冷却介质物性表格和堆芯构件材料物性参数,以满足耦合程序对超设计基准事故(beyond design basic accident,BDBA)的模拟。

Abstract: The adaptability of material properties often has been emerged from coupling procession between codes because of the property application strongly depends on its utilizing range. In order to solve the problem of the mismatch of material properties in coupling between codes, the properties of coolant, heat structures and core components in THEATRe and MELCOR have been analyzed and compared after studying on the code manual references and the codes. The results show that the properties of coolant and all the core components at high-temperature can not be offered for MELCOR in THEATRe. For meeting with the requirement of the simulation on the beyond design basic accident (BDBA) with coupling between codes, the property tables of coolant and core components at high-temperature need be expanded.
