基于支节线加载谐振器的三频带阻滤波器

摘 要: 设计了一个新型三频带阻滤波器。第一、第三阻带由支节线加载的谐振器(stub-loaded resonator,SLR)控制,第二阻带用独立的开路线支节产生。使用这种结构,外部品质因素可以灵活调整,从而优化了通带性能。每个阻带两侧均引入了零点,增强了阻带矩形度。研究还使用传输线模型,分析了谐振器的谐振特性。最后,设计了频率分别为2.40,3.50,5.75 GHz的三频带阻滤波器,并进行加工与测试。最终结果显示:提出的滤波器具有高阻带抑制的特点,并且电路尺寸较小。

Abstract: This paper presents a novel tri-band bandstop filter. The first and the third stopbands are controlled by the stub-loaded resonator (SLR), and the second stopband is generated by an independent open-circuited stub. External quality factor can be adjusted in this structure, which brings the improved passband performance. Several zero points are introduced to achieve sharp skirt selectivity. A lossless transmission line model is used to analyze the resonance properties. Finally, a tri-band bandstop filter at 2.40, 3.50, 5.75 GHz is designed, fabricated and measured. The final results show that the high stopband attenuation and compact size are achieved in the proposed filter.
