壁后注浆对盾构施工期地层位移的影响研究

摘 要: 在壁后注浆体的力学性质试验基础上,提出用变刚体模型来模拟注浆体固化过程,并与其他注浆体考虑方式进行比较。结合深圳地铁一期福民站到金田站盾构隧道工程,探讨盾构壁后注浆对地层变形特征的影响及时间效应,并对注浆层厚度对地层位移影响的敏感性进行分析。结果表明:计算的地层位移与实测的地层位移有较好的一致性,说明研究所建立的数值模型能够很好地模拟壁后注浆体的固化过程。

Title: Study on strata deformation induced by backfill grouting of shield in construction period

Abstract: Based on the test of shield grouting material and its mechanical characteristics, the thesis puts forward variable rigid body model to simulate the process of grouting consolidation and compares it with other grouting models. Combining with the shield tunnelling project from Fumin station to Jintian station in Shenzhen city, the thesis analyzes the strata deformation induced by backfill grouting and the sensitivity of strata deformation induced by the thickness of backfill grouting. The results shows that the calculation conforms to the observed site, indicating the proposed model in this paper can simulate construction period of backfill grouting well.
