利用RAPD技术对游仆虫复合属纤毛虫亲缘关系的探讨

摘 要: 利用19种随机引物对游仆虫复合属内13种/14种群的亲缘关系进行探讨,所得电泳图谱可以反映种间的明显差异。通过计算和比较种下、种间的遗传相似度及利用RAPDistance软件构建的邻接(neighbor joining,NJ)树,结果表明:游仆虫复合属内不同种间能很好地区分开,同时不同种群间表现出很好的同源性。遗传距离树结果表明:Euplotoides (Ed.) parawoodruffi的种群聚为一支,但Euplotopsis (Ep.) orientalis,Ep. raikovi和Ep. encysticus并没有如预期中的合为一支,而是呈现出一定的遗传距离。

Title: Study on phylogenetic relationship within Euplotes-complex using RAPD technology

Abstract: The present work used 19 random primers to explore phylogenetic relationship in 13 species/14 populations of Euplotes-complex, and the consequence of electrophoresis reflected the significant differences in different species clearly.Based on the genetic similarity and neighbor joining (NJ) tree constructed by RAPDistance, the results showed that Euplotes-complex could be separated well among different species, and it had good homologous in different populations at the same time. The results of the genetic distance tree indicated that populations of Euplotoides (Ed.) parawoodruffi group clustered into one branch, while Euplotopsis (Ep.) orientalis, Ep. raikovi and Ep. encysticus did not fall into the same clade with showing a certain genetic distance.
