周期变速铣削系统的稳定性预测

摘 要: 周期变速铣削系统的控制方程是变延迟时间的微分方程。利用Tayler展开精确估计周期变速铣削系统的延迟时间项,运用半离散估计技术获得了铣削系统的稳定性。研究结果显示:高的转速调制频率能有效提高加工系统的稳定性,且在低速段特别明显。利用该分析方法获得的延迟时间估计较已有的估计方法精度更高,且所获得的系统稳定性极限较已有的分析结果更准确。研究结果通过变速铣削试验进行了验证。

Abstract: Equation of motion for milling process with periodic spindle speed modulation is a delay-differential equation with varying time delay. The varying time delay is accurately approximated by the Taylor series expansion around constant time delay. Semi-discretization technique is employed to construct the stability charts of the milling system. The research results show that improvement in the efficiency of machining can increase the frequency of the high modulation, especially for low spindle speed domain. The results, which are the more precise than former ones, are verified by variable spindle speed milling tests.
