熔盐电沉积法镀钛及镀层表征

摘 要: 介绍了熔盐电沉积方法在金属钼表面镀金属钛涂层的实验过程,进一步研究了工艺过程参数熔盐温度700~850℃、电流密度0.1~0.3 A/cm2对镀层性质的影响。得到熔盐电沉积的方法可以制得高纯度、致密的金属钛镀层,以及低价钛离子在熔盐中经历一步还原反应,阳极的氧化反应比较复杂且有2个路径的结论。

Abstract: Molten salt electrodeposition method is introduced in the metal molybdenum titanium metallized coating the surface of the experimental process. The effects of process parameters of the molten salt temperature 700-850℃, the current density of 0.1-0.3 A/cm2 on coating properties are further stuided. Molten salt electrodeposition method can produce high purity, high density of titanium coating. Low price titanium ion in the molten salt reduction reaction is through one step, while anode oxidation reaction is more complex and through paths.
