基于联苯四甲酸邻菲罗啉-Zn的一维配位聚合物的合成、结构及热分析研究

摘 要: 采用水热法以2,2′,6,6′-联苯四甲酸和1,10-邻菲罗啉为配体与Zn(NO3)2·6H2O反应合成1个一维链状配合物[Zn(H2bptc)(phen)]n,利用红外光谱、元素分析、热重、X-射线粉末衍射及X-射线单晶衍射对其进行结构表征。X-射线单晶结构分析表明:该配合物为三斜晶系,每个Zn中心与1个1,10-邻菲罗啉配体和2个联苯四甲酸配体配位,并通过联苯四甲酸配体桥联形成沿b轴生长的一维链;一维链间通过2种氢键和π…π堆积等作用连接形成三维超分子网络结构。热分析表明:该化合物在243~480℃分解,最终产物为ZnO.

Title: Synthesis, crystal structure and thermogravimetric analysis of a 1D coordination complex based on biphenyl-tetracarboxylic acid-phenanthroline-Zn

Abstract: A 1D chain coordination complex [Zn(H2bptc)(phen)]n was synthesized through the reaction of biphenyl-2,2′,6,6′-tetracarboxylic acid (H4bptc) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O under hydrothermal conditions. The complex was structurally characterized by infrared radiation (IR) spectra, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X-ray diffraction and X-ray crystallography. Single crystal X-ray diffraction showed that complex 1 crystallized in the triclinic, each Zn center was coordinated by one 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and two biphenyl-tetracarboxylic acid ligands, the H4bptc ligands bridge Zn centered to form a 1D chain along the b axis. Furthermore, each 1D chain was further linked together via hydrogen-bonding and intermolecular π…π interactions to form a 3D supramolecular structure. The thermal analysis showed that the complex decomposed at 243-480℃, and the remaining residue was presumed to be ZnO.
