色谱中流动相流速与溶质分配运动的关系

摘 要: 利用非高斯色谱研究模式进一步研究溶质分配的流体动力学机理,得出如下结论:流速增加使流动相分子的移动速度加快和动能增加,因而流动相分子撞击溶质分子时传递给溶质分子的动能增加。溶质分子的动能状态升高导致溶质的分配频率加快。推导出流速与分配频率关系方程,并用实验数据检验该方程。最后讨论理想非线性色谱模型对色谱峰非对称性的解释。

Abstract: By the research mode of non-gaussian chromatography, the mechanism of fluid dynamics of solute partition is further researched. In this paper, it is proposed that the increase in velocity of flow of mobile phase makes the travel rate of molecules of mobile phase more rapid and the kinetic energy of them increased, thus the kinetic energy transferring to solute molecules increases when the molecules of mobile phase collide with solute, and the hoist of state of kinetic energy of solute causes the frequency of solute partition to increase. An equation of relation between flow velocity and solute partition is derived and it is checked with experimental data. The explanation of nonlinear ideal chromatography for peak asymmetry is also discussed at the end of the paper.
