镧基转化膜对AZ63镁合金耐蚀性的影响

摘 要: 采用Tafel极化曲线、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)、电化学阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, EIS)研究在3% NaCl溶液中,镧基转化膜对AZ63镁合金耐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明:经La(NO3)3溶液浸泡成膜后的镁合金腐蚀电位增大,自腐蚀电流减小,耐蚀性能增强,所形成的镧基转化膜较为致密。当La(NO3)3浓度为0.06 mol/L时,镁合金耐蚀效果最好。

Abstract: This paper studies the effect of lanthanum conversion coating on the corrosion resistance of AZ63 magnesium alloy in 3% NaCl solution by Tafel polarization curves, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that the corrosion potential of AZ63 magnesium alloy increases while the corrosion current decreases because a layer of lanthanum surface film has been formed, and the lanthanum conversion coating is dense. The experiment proves that the best concentration of La(NO3)3 is 0.06 mol/L.
