基于PTN与OTN联合组网的带宽调整机制研究

摘 要: 提出分组传送网(packet transport network,PTN)与光传送网(optical transmission net,OTN)联合组网模式下的带宽调整机制,使得OTN在承载不同等级业务时的业务性能在较好的范围内。联合带宽调整机制利用PTN的多层服务质量(quality of service,QoS)功能支持对不同等级业务的识别,采用一个控制节点集中分配带宽资源,同时为不同等级的业务设置相应权限,保证低等级业务可以分配到一定的带宽资源,避免优先级高的业务完全占用资源的情况。仿真表明,该机制在业务时延、丢包率及网络带宽利用率等方面的性能较好,可以工作在PTN与OTN联合组网条件下。

Abstract: In this paper, a bandwidth adjustment mechanism based on joint networking of packet transport network (PTN) and optical transmission net (OTN) is proposed. The mechanism is used by OTN, and exhibits good performance. PTN can support multi-layer quality of service (QoS) and identify different services. The mechanism uses superiority of PTN and sets a OTN node as the master. The master allocates bandwidth resources and sets different weights for different services. This ensures that low-level services can get some bandwidth resources. Simulation results show that the mechanism has a good performance in delay, packet loss rate and network bondwidth use rate, and it can work under the condition of PTN and OTN joint networking.
