第三方点评网站积极用户创作内容的影响因素研究

摘 要: 首先通过梳理大量相关文献,从用户创作内容(user-generated content,UGC)的创作动因入手,针对第三方点评网站上积极用户创作行为的动因进行归纳整合。并结合研究背景和对象,提出研究变量和研究假设,在此基础上构建了积极UGC影响因素理论模型。之后通过问卷调查的形式采集数据样本,并使用SPSS及AMOS软件验证模型,基于因子分析和结构方程模型(structural equation model,SEM)等数据分析方法,对所提理论模型进行验证,并给出对验证结果的解释与现象分析。最后,对大众点评网站实际激励的手段进行整理与研究,分析其不足之处。

Abstract: Firstly, by organizing all the relative papers based on the motivation factors of the user-generated content (UGC), this paper states the motivation factors in the third-party rating website that will generate rating content. Then, the paper proposes the theoretical model of the motivation of positive UGC after raising variables and hypotheses. Next, by using SPSS and AMOS, we analyze the data collected from questionnaires and validate the model combined with the use of factor analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) methods. This article also gives explanations on the results of the data analysis. Then, we sum up and study the means of actual motivation in public web and analyze their deficiency.
